Founded in 1980 as Dennis Bethel and Associates, we provide civil engineering services for land development and public works projects throughout Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. Our acquisition and merger with Skyway Engineering in 2006 expanded our team as well as the range of services we provide to our clients.
