Bethel Engineering was enlisted to provide civil engineering services during the entitlement and construction process for the Grace Baptist Church, located at the intersection of McCoy Lane and College Drive in Santa Maria. The scope of work included the preparation of Development Plan, Grading & Drainage Plan, Utility Plans, Public Improvement Plans, and coordination with various agencies. Completed in 2006

Sommerset Townhomes I & II - Santa Maria, California

At the request of Inland Pacific Builders, Bethel Engineering provided the civil engineering services during the entitlement and construction process for the Sommerset Townhomes located on McCoy Lane in Santa Maria. The project consists of 92 Multi-Family Dwellings. The scope of work included the preparation of Development Plan, Tentative Map, Grading & Drainage Plan, Public Improvement Plans, Utility Plans, Construction Inspection, and coordination with various agencies. Completed in 2004

Betteravia Business Center - Santa Maria, California

Bethel Engineering was retained by Mr. Anthony Wells to provide civil engineering services during the entitlement and construction process for the Betteravia Business Center located at the intersection of Betteravia Road and Miller Street in Santa Maria. The project consists of 30,000+ SF of professional office space, and 4 single family residential lots. The scope of work included the preparation of Development Plan, Tentative Map, Grading and Drainage Plan, Public Improvement Plans, Traffic Plans, Construction Inspection, and coordination with various agencies. Completed in 2006

Pacific Crest Estates - Santa Maria, California

Inland Pacific Builders enlisted Bethel Engineering to provide the civil engineering services for Pacific Crest Estates located at Blosser Road and Battles Road, in Santa Maria. The project consists of 293 Single Family Dwellings and a potential for 320 Multi-family Units. The scope of work included the preparation of Tentative Maps, Development Plans, Grading & Drainage Plans, Public Improvement Plans, Traffic Plans, Railroad Crossing Plans, Construction Inspection, and coordination with various agencies.

Addamo Winery - Santa Maria, California

Bethel Engineering was retained by Mr. David Addamo to provide civil engineering services for his winery & home located on Clark Road, one mile east of Highway 101 in Santa Maria. The scope of work consisted of Tentative Map, Grading & Drainage Plans, Road Plans, Ponding Basins, Water System Plan, and coordination with various agencies. Phase 2 of the project is presently under construction.
