Steve joined Bethel Engineering (formerly Dennis Bethel and Associates) in 1981 as a staff engineer and subsequently advanced to the position of Chief Engineer. In 1993, Mr. Shively assumed the role of Principal. Prior to joining Bethel Engineering, Mr. Shively spent one year with the Kasler Corporation assisting with construction coordination of the Vandenberg Air Force Base Space Shuttle Launch Pad. Russ joined Bethel Engineering in 1990 as a Staff Engineer. He joined the firm with three years surveying experience that included crew scheduling and office management. Since then, he has served in many capacities ranging from Staff Engineer and Lead Engineer to Project Manager overseeing all phases of project development from inception through completion. More >>
